Coinbase Payments | Runbox Help

Runbox supports Coinbase payments via Coinbase Commerce and direct transfers to our Coinbase wallet. In order to pay with Coinbase, you will need a Coinbase wallet. If you don’t have one already, you can set one up at Coinbase.

Once you have a Coinbase wallet with some funds, you may proceed to Runbox Payment Options to subscribe to Runbox using Coinbase. After selecting the desired products, go to Cart and select “Pay with Coinbase” as the payment method.

Note that you should not use your Runbox email address as the Coinbase contact address. In case there are any issues with your payment and your Runbox account is closed, Coinbase needs to be able to contact you.
