To set up Microsoft Outlook 2013 with Runbox, please follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Note that the set-up process and dialogue boxes on your computer may vary from what is shown here, depending on what version of Outlook you are using.
Add a new account to Outlook 2013
To add a new account go to File > Add Account. You will be shown the screen below.
We recommend you choose the Manual setup option so that you can ensure the settings for your account are correct.
On the next screen choose the service type POP or IMAP.
Enter the Server Details
Enter the details for your own account, plus the server details for Runbox.
Incoming Mail Server: mail.runbox.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.runbox.com
Username: your primary Runbox email address (aliases cannot be used as log in usernames)

Now click More Settings…
Enter the following details for the server information:
Account Type: IMAP
Incoming mail server: mail.runbox.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.runbox.com
Configure Account Settings
On the Outgoing Server tab ensure “My outgoing server (SMTP) require authentication” is selected along with “Use same settings as my incoming mail server”.
On the Advanced tab enter the port details for incoming and outgoing servers.
Outlook will test your account settings to check that it can login to the servers.
When you are done click Close.
You have now completed the set up of your Runbox account in Outlook.
